REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the nature of the products and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer returns OR exchanges. 

Please ensure you have reviewed your basked and paid accordingly. 

Once an order has been purchased we are unable to issue out refunds.

DAMAGED ITEM

If you item is defective upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately within 3 days so we are able to look into this further and assist you.

SHIPPING POLICY

Any orders that have been purchased as a 'pre-order' will be delivered upon the agreed date that the seller has advertised as.

For any orders that have been purchased with standard shipping - please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.

If you still haven't received your order, please inform us and proceed to check with your shipping courier for an update
